My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were really comfortable with a good 'rainshower' shower and had a great view of the city and the famous aqueduct, but they were clearly worn. The service was very helpful but sometimes forgetful and didn't follow up on issues. The location was somewhat inconvenient, being on a hilltop distant from the town center, although there was a van service available. The dining experience was not as good as expected, with buffet options that were not impressive. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
